Droolz

Mommy and Gavin

Low Maintenance Boy

Unlike my diva sister, I'm very low maintenance. I don't need any fancy schmancy toys, I just like to play with this piece of plastic. This plastic calmed me down in the car and even helped me sleep!!! Mommy thinks she should just return the toys she got me for Christmas and get me a brand new shiny rolls of saran wrap instead. Awesome!!!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!

We put up our Christmas tree this weekend. I helped mommy arranging the ornaments from the Baby Bjorn. This beeing my first christmas, I have to do a solo pose under the tree.

Mommy went on a shopping spree on black Friday and bought a lot gifts for my sister and me!! Look at me posing with our gifts!!

Happy Birthday Rolo

My bff Rolo is turning 2 yesterday so we went to his house to celebrate.

Eating spring rolls with Maya and the birthday boy.

The mommies and the kids.

The mommies tried to take pictures of all the kids together. Mommy took Gavin's binky abruptly, making him maaad.
Flirting with the birthday boy so I can play with his presents.
Rolo wanted to play with me in his bed and even closed the door. Oh my.... Lucky he was only two or daddy will have to take action!!

Bath Time

We had an awesome thanksgiving weekend. The four of us really bonded as a family, especially me and my dai dai (that's what I call my baby brother). Look at us taking a bath together!! We splashed mommy until she was soaking wet. Fun!!!

Preppy

Happy Turkey Day

I had a great thanksgiving weekend. It was an eating extravaganza!!! First we went to the Szetos, and then to the Liems and I also went to uncle Kin's house for hot pot. It's a good thing I got my appetite back! I don't want to miss out on the good foods. Happy thanksgiving everyone!!!

She's baaaack......

My sister went to daycare today because she felt better. She threw tantrums when we picked her up because she wanted to wear her hat. Miss divalicious is definitely back!!!

Moo...

I don't know who's worse, grandma who dresses me in pink, or mommy who loves to put me in different animal outfit. Here I am as a daredevil cow.

Pretty in Pink

I come home from grandma looking like this:

Maybe she wants another granddaughter?

And then there were four

Pho2, Kung2 and Akiu Reza left last Wednesday, so the house is very quiet now with just the four of us. We miss them a lot, especially because my sister has been sick these past few days. She caught the stomach virus that makes her very miserable. She just walk around the house looking like this:

Breaking mommy's heart.... Hopefully she feel better soon. I miss my divalicious sister.
As for me, I really bonded with my parents this week. Especially this weekend, with grandma taking care of my sis. Mommy played with me all day and held my hand while I was napping. My daddy took care of me this weekend because mommy also caught my sister's virus. He seems to have the magic touch to put me to sleep. He claims it was his guns!! Mommy is agreeing with him because she wants daddy to put me to sleep in the middle of the night also :). But overall, I've been very good and happy.

So we survived this week by ourselves. Hopefully my sister can feel better soon so we can resume to our routine and she can be her happy self again because we really miss this smile:

My New Hat

Mommy bought me this hat to keep my ear warm and toasty.

Everybody said I look like uncle Reza. What do you think?

Glen's Birthday

We went to Glen's 6th birthday yesterday. We haven't had any playdate for awhile so I was so excited to meet my friends again. Mommy's friends said I've improved a lot after daycare. I just let mommy eat in peace and play with my friends in the play area. I also talk more. My man Glen was so excited when he heard me speak. I was a good girl all night, the only time I threw tantrum was when mommy said we have to go home. Mommy was so confused she forgot to put on my shoes!!! I have to walk in the rain with my socks. I have to remind mommy to go back.

Look at the Hulk cake that auntie Shien make!!! It was yummy too!!

I love train!! My favorite song right now is 'All aboard the cho cho train'. Mommy sing that to me every night. I also love to watch Thomas the train.

Watching Glen opening the gifts while eating lollipop.

Updates

Miss us much? We haven't been blooging for awhile, partly because we've been very busy and mostly because Mommy's a little bit obsessed with the whole Twilight series (she finally finished the four books in five days!!), thus not too much extra time for blogging. Anyway, here are some updates from last week.

Mom and dad went to LA last weekend for uncle Co's and auntie Tina's wedding. They had fun meeting good friends and eating great foods.

Look at what they bought me from LA. Hello Kitty stuff like usual!! My brother got some goodies too, but my parents have to hide them because he wants to put everything in his mouth.

The biggest thing that happened to me is I started daycare last week. Since kung kung and pho pho will leave next week, mommy feels that it's best for me to be in daycare so she can get used to taking care of my brother by herself. She also feels that daycare can help me socialize and be more independent.

Like usual, my parents expected me to throw tantrums when they left me there. Not me!!! I cried just a little bit on the first few days. Just about ten minutes, no biggie!! Then, I realized, hey, this place is great! I also like my teacher, miss Beulah and miss Rachel a lot. In fact, I call miss Rachel 'mom'. Mommy is a little jealous (just a teensy little bit). Now, I barely cry anymore when mommy takes me. And when mom or dad pick me up, I will be so happy to see them that I will be in a good mood all day. One problem though, I refused to nap there. At home, mommy always rubs my belly and sings to me before I sleep. It's just not the same in daycare. But I slept for about 40 minutes today, a great improvement. After many horror stories about daycare, mom and dad are happy that I adjusted easily. Once again, I've exceeded their expectation. They're so proud of me.
Check out my newest pictures, I refused to smile like usual.

As for me, I am growing bigger and stronger. I always try to pull myself into sitting position.

Posing with Jerbear, the bear from uncle Jerry.

I've been sleeping with pho2 and kung2 this week. I'm going to miss them so much when they leave next week. Especially pho2 who has been taking care of me ever since I was born.
